Match Masters Invite Friends: Friends Fiesta Rewards Guide

Inviting friends in Match Masters runs through Friends Fiesta. Friends Fiesta used to reward you when a friend accepted your invite. It has since changed: now each invited friend earns you rewards as they play and collect stars, and every friend also fills a shared progress bar with bigger prizes.

This guide covers how Friends Fiesta works, which players qualify, how to send an invite that actually counts, and what to do when a friend doesn’t show up. If you are looking for other free rewards, see our Match Masters free gifts page.

How Friends Fiesta Works

Friends Fiesta rewards you for your friends’ progress, not for the number of installs. Here is how the reward system works:

• A reward track for each friend: Every invited friend has their own reward track. The more stars that friend earns, the bigger the rewards you receive.
• A shared progress bar: The bar at the top of the Friends Fiesta screen counts the stars earned by all of your invited friends together and unlocks larger prizes along the way.
• A limit per friend: Each friend can add up to 1,000 stars to the shared bar. After that, their stars no longer move it, so the shared bar needs several active friends, not one very active one.
• New and returning players: You can invite people who have never played Match Masters, and you can also reinvite players who have been inactive for more than 30 days.
• Limited to 50 friends: The Friends Fiesta info screen says the feature is limited to 50 friends.

Friends Fiesta Rewards

Friends Fiesta pays out in two ways: a separate reward track for each invited friend at the bottom of the screen, and a shared bar at the top that adds up the stars of all your friends. Rewards depend on your level. The examples below are from our high-level account (over 70,000 trophies).

1. Per-Friend Rewards (Bottom Track)

Each invited friend has their own track with five milestones. On our account, they were:

• 10 stars: 350 coins
• 100 stars: a Booster Shield
• 300 stars: a random Legendary booster
• 600 stars: 3,000 coins
• 1,000 stars: an SE Box with several random SE (Special Edition) boosters

Don’t like a random reward? Random rewards such as the Legendary booster and the SE Box can be swapped by watching an ad, usually up to 3 times. With an active Premium Pass (it runs for 7 days after any real-money purchase), you get those swaps as Free Replacements without ads. Each swap is random again, so the new pick isn’t guaranteed to be better; for the SE Box, a swap re-randomizes every booster in the box.

2. Shared Bar Rewards (Top Bar)

The bar at the top counts the stars earned by all of your invited friends together and has four prize boxes. Tap a box to see its requirement and what’s inside. On our account:

• 500 stars: a Froggy Fu booster
• 2,000 stars: two boosters, one SE and one Legendary
• 5,000 stars: a Jelly SE booster, a Booster Shield, and 1,500 coins
• 10,000 stars: Mixy Meow, Froggy Fu, a Sticker Token, and a Booster Shield

The first box alone is worth chasing. Froggy Fu sits at the top of our booster tier list, and you can’t buy it with coins; it only comes from special events, certain Piñatas, and sales. Like the per-friend rewards, these prizes can change with your level and over time.

Each friend adds at most 1,000 stars to this bar, so you need at least 10 friends who complete their full track to reach the final box.

Your rewards may not match ours. Friends Fiesta usually scales its prizes to your level: higher-level players see more valuable rewards, while lower-level players get smaller ones. For example, where we get Legendary and SE boosters, a lower-level player may get Diamond boosters instead, such as Diamond Tier-3 boosters. Rewards can also change between versions of the event, so check your own Friends Fiesta screen. The (i) button explains the current rules.

Tip: save some invites for later. You can start inviting friends early in the game, and the rewards are still worth collecting. The most valuable prizes, however, show up at higher levels, so inviting some friends once your account is further along helps you get more out of each invite.

Who Counts as an Invited Friend?

According to Candivore’s support page, an invited player has to meet all of these conditions to count as your invite:

1. They have never created an account on their device, or they have been inactive for more than 30 days.
2. They have not been invited before, by you or by another player.
3. They are in your friend list in the game.

The second rule is easy to miss: if someone else’s link reached your friend first, that invite is gone. Send your link before your friend installs the game, and ask them to use only your link.

Also keep an eye on your friend list size. Your friend list holds up to 100 friends (Friends Fiesta itself counts up to 50). If the list is full, new friends can’t be added, so remove inactive friends first. Friends connected through Facebook sync automatically; if you remove someone on Facebook, they are removed from your game friend list too.

How to Invite Friends in Match Masters

1. Tap the Friends Fiesta icon on the right side of the Home screen (the yellow character with a + sign). It opens the Friends Fiesta screen directly; tap INVITE A FRIEND. You can also tap the menu icon ≡ in the top-right corner, choose FRIENDS, and tap + INVITE, which also shows your next reward.
2. Tap the invite button. Your phone’s share menu opens with your personal link (it starts with launch.matchmasters.com) and the message “Let’s play Match Masters!”. Copy the link or send it through a messaging app.
3. Your friend taps the link, installs Match Masters, and opens the game through your link. Opening the game through the link adds them to your friend list.
4. Check that they appear under Menu ≡ > Friends. Ask for their in-game username if you’re not sure which player they are.
5. As your friend plays and earns stars, their reward track and the shared bar fill up and your rewards unlock.

Tips to Get More Out of Friends Fiesta

• Invite players who will actually play. Rewards come from stars, so one friend who plays regularly is worth more than several who install the game and never open it again.
• Don’t forget returning players. Old teammates or friends who stopped playing more than 30 days ago can be reinvited, as long as nobody else has invited them before.
• Help new friends learn the game. A Friendly Challenge (tap PLAY WITH FRIENDS on the Friends screen, or go to Events > Private > Friendly Challenge) lets you play against them without losing or winning a booster, which makes it a low-pressure way to show them how boosters work.
• Bring them into your team later. Players can join a team after collecting 1,100 trophies. See our Match Masters Teams guide for how teams work.
• Time your invites with events. During Win It Big Friends Edition, every new friend you invite with the ‘Win It Big’ link earns you a raffle ticket while the event is live. Each ticket has a one in ten chance of winning, and if more than one of your tickets wins, you get the highest prize level you earned. Some Main Events also give event points for inviting friends; tap the blue (i) icon at the bottom of the Main Event screen to see how points are earned in the current event.

Why “Invite Yourself” Tricks Don’t Work With Friends Fiesta

Some guides suggest inviting yourself with Android emulators, cleared app data, or app cloners. Friends Fiesta works differently:

• The invited player must never have created an account on their device. Clearing data on a device that already had an account doesn’t meet that condition.
• Rewards come from the stars each friend earns. An empty account that never plays adds nothing to your reward bars.
• Each friend can add only up to 1,000 stars to the shared bar, and the final box needs 10,000 stars. The big prizes need at least 10 genuinely active players.

In short, the time you would spend setting up and playing extra accounts is better spent inviting a few friends who enjoy match-3 games.

Invite Not Counted? How to Fix It

1. Check the three conditions above. Two problems are easy to miss: a friend who already had an account on that device, or a friend who opened someone else’s invite link first.
2. Check your friend list under Menu ≡ > Friends. If your friend isn’t there, ask them to tap your invite link again. When their game opens through your link, they are added to your friend list.
3. Make room in your friend list if you already have 100 friends.
4. Contact Candivore support if your friend meets every condition and reopening the link didn’t help. Send your friend’s Player ID with your message.

Note: To find the Player ID, go to Menu ≡ > Settings. In the white box that shows Player ID:, tap the icon next to it to copy the ID.
